How do I fit the strap?
Your watch comes with a link-removal tool to fit the strap. Simple and easy, no need to measure your wrist.
Can I exchange or return it?
Yes. Returns within 30 days, no questions asked and no fine print. As long as the item is in new condition, you get a full refund, as set out in our refund policy.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every watch comes with a full 24-month warranty, so you can buy with peace of mind. If something happens to the watch in that time, we’re here. We’ll look after it, repair it or replace it as needed, as set out in our terms.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order comes in, it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process it. Then we ship it to you with a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 8 to 15 days.

We don’t charge for the name
Luxury brands charge thousands for a watch. Most of that money isn’t the watch. It’s the name on the dial.
At L&P we decided not to charge for the name. We spend on the making and the design, and we take off the price exactly what you would normally pay for the logo.
What’s left is a watch that looks and feels expensive, at a price that makes sense.
No middlemen
We don’t sell through shops or distributors. The watch leaves the factory and goes straight to our own website.
Every fee we save along the way comes off the price you pay.

These are exactly the materials on every watch we make. The glass doesn’t scratch, the steel doesn’t rust or change colour, and in year five the watch looks the same as the day you opened the box.
